What the role is
As an Executive of the Service Excellence Department, you will play a key role in providing frontline counter services to court users at the Singapore Courts’ service hubs. You will also work closely with stakeholders to develop service policies and strategies in line with the Judiciary’s service vision.

What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be involved in the following work areas:
• Handle counter enquiries and provide information to court users on court processes
• Receive applications for court records/appeals at the counters and verify that the court documents submitted are properly filed
• Participate in initiatives to strengthen touchpoint-centric service design and explore innovations that enhance service experience
• Partner departments and public agencies to improve service quality and court user experience
What we are looking for
Work Experience and Competencies
• 2 – 5 years of working experience in related industries or environment, such as in a customer-fronting job, would be an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to speak fluently in additional languages such as Malay, Tamil or Mandarin would be an advantage
• Experience with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Candidates without the required work experience but possess the relevant skills are welcome to apply
