You are responsible for the management, operations, development and training of the Content Generation Hub.

- Supervise productions and creative processes in various areas (concept - development, scripting, storytelling, storyboarding) - Oversee filming, directing, post-production editing, special effects, animation, and sound design - Manage Raise-Train-Sustain of Content Generation teams through hiring and training staff in content generation competencies Challenge(s) - Harnessing creative energy amongst professional staff to meet MINDEF/SAF's objectives - Managing diverse resources to support relevant campaigns - Staying current with rapidly evolving industry standards and media trends

- Education in Film/Video Making, Mass Communication or Advertising - At least 10 years of working experience with prior managerial experience in related industries/fields - Strong audio-visual/media-editing software expertise - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative problem-solving aptitude - Appreciation of communication strategies - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities - Strong command of both spoken and written English - Good awareness of Singapore's political, defence and security developments - Understanding of current affairs and media trends Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
