You plan and manage the centre's operation and project budgets, perform procurement tasks, and lead or support all finance audits on learning systems.

You ensure effective and efficient use of the allocated budget in accordance with financial policies and regulations. You also manage the maintenance for the office building and infrastructure, including the servicing of automated external defibrillators and fire extinguishers. In addition, you liaise with other MINDEF/SAF entities for logistics support, lead periodic stocktaking, and manage the accounting of IT systems and peripherals under your charge. Your challenges lie in balancing budget allocation and utilisation to meet diverse stakeholder objectives while effectively collaborating with various entities and external vendors.

You must have a tertiary qualification, with 3 years' experience in finance management and/or logistics management. You must be meticulous, resourceful, and independent. Possession of strong communication, time management, and prioritisation skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
