You will be part of the Communications and Engagement team, which is responsible for the formulation and implementation of communications strategies, the management of CSA’s digital media channels and the engagement of public and private sector stakeholders to raise the level of cybersecurity awareness and adoption to various audiences.

Responsibilities • Manage the review of the website to cater to various stakeholders, including members of the public • Work closely with internal stakeholders to map content and assets to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging • Work with the digital media and content team to design and create high-quality content (e.g. graphics and videos) in a timely manner • Optimise content for website and social media channels to ensure maximum reach and engagement with the target audience • Conduct regular reviews of CSA’s web performance to identify areas of improvement

Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and communications, including web administration/content management and digital marketing • Familiarity with UX/UI design, including design of user flow, storyboarding, etc to enhance users’ experience • Good understanding of multi-channel communications including new media trends • A high-energy individual with strong organisational and critical thinking skills and the ability to engage and interact with varied stakeholders If you share our passion to make a difference in the cyber security landscape, take up the challenge and apply now.
