We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join the Secretariat of healthcare Professional Boards (SPB) as a Strategic Lead. This role will provide crucial HR support to 11 healthcare professional boards and councils (PBs) supported by SPB.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. Other than providing you with the challenges and opportunities to grow your HR skills and knowledge, you will also shape HR policies and practices that not only benefit our workforce, but ultimately enhance the Singapore healthcare landscape.

What the role is
What you will be working on
This role will require you to:
• Collaborate with SPB leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the goals of the PBs.
• Provide expert HR guidance and support across SPB.
• Oversee recruitment, talent management, and succession planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing employment laws and regulations, and Public Service Division (PSD)’s policies and procedures.
• Lead organisational development initiatives to enhance Board effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations and performance management, and compensation benefits.
• Foster positive workplace cultures across SPB and the PBs
What we are looking for
• 8 – 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare or a related regulatory environment.
• Proven track record in supporting multiple stakeholders in a complex organisational structure.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and healthcare-specific employment legislation
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field;
