What the role is
What you will be working on
• You will be responsible for developing national-level manpower projections for key healthcare professions and putting in place processes to periodically refresh and review these projections.
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of allied health education programmes in Singapore, ensuring that the requisite training infrastructure, budget for clinical training and capabilities are developed to facilitate the intended ramp-up of allied health programmes.
• You will work with key stakeholders across the healthcare and education sectors to translate manpower projections into policies, plans and strategies impacting the training programmes and pathways for the relevant healthcare professions.
What we are looking for
• Strong in quantitative analysis, comfortable with managing large data sets
• Prior training and/or work experience in data analytics, data storytelling and dashboarding
• Good writing and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills, self-starter and team player
• Prior policy or healthcare industry experience not required, but will be an advantage
