Manager / Deputy Manager - Student Services and Fundraising [ITE Headquarters]
What the role is
What you will be working on
• Fundraising to provide financial assistance to students in ITE, including donor outreach, donor relations, stewardship of donor funds, allocation of funds to ITE Colleges and regular reporting to donors and ITE Management
• Overseeing the provision of student services in ITE, including student benefits and student care services such as initiatives to provide additional support to students with special educational needs
• Administering scholarships and other award schemes, including organising selection interviews, tracking and reporting fund utilisation
• Processing and managing student records in ITE’s student administration system
• Other student areas to be assigned, including policies and programmes related to student development and recognition
What we are looking for
• Attention to details, and adept at time management and organizing events
• Adept in data analysis, visualisation and management of statistical data which require submissions to other governmental agencies.
