You will be part of the manpower planning and compensation team responsible for the following : • Support in manpower planning, including review of work processes, implement department re-organisation plans and manpower operations • Support the implementation of compensation related policies and payments • Conduct job evaluation and scheme reviews • Provide secretariat and admin support in committees and projects undertaken by the division • Any other duties as assigned

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline • Relevant HR experience will be an advantage • Meticulous and proactive team player • Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
