You will be part of the Employee Relations team responsible for the following roles:
• Formulate and review HR policies, initiatives and processes related to benefits and rewards to ensure that they are relevant, competitive and attractive, taking into account potential implementation issues and compliance with relevant legislation and PSD guidelines.
• Work with line managers to translate benefits and rewards policies/initiatives and engage employees on implementation.
• Engage union and relevant stakeholders to build and maintain effective and harmonious industrial relations.
