You will be part of the HR Services team responsible for the following roles:
• Administer HR processes related to onboarding, transfer, offboarding, prompt assignment and removal of job entitlements
• Responsible for HR record management and organisation set up in enterprise system.
• Responsible for HR systems/Applications which support accurate employee records, which includes liaising with vendors on system changes, fixes and testing.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR analytics and reporting, manpower surveys required by internal and external stakeholders

• Degree in Human Resource/Business Management or equivalent
• Experience in HR systems and analytical tools such as Qliksense will be preferred.
• Meticulous and possess operational and systems thinking skills
• Able to communicate and interact with all levels of staff
• Able to multitask effectively
