You will be part of the HR Services team responsible for the following roles:
• Administer HR processes related to allowances, claims and benefits in accordance with policies and guidelines
• Serves as key point of contact and engagement with line managers and staff on HR inquiries related policies, processes and systems on the administration of allowances, claims and benefits
• Responsible for HR systems/Applications which support the processing of the claims and benefits to employees which includes liaising with vendors on system changes, fixes and testing
• Use data analytics to improve governance, accuracy and timeliness of payment to employees

• Degree in Human Resource/Business Management or equivalent
• Experience in HR systems and analytical tools such as Qliksense will be preferred.
• Meticulous and possess operational and systems thinking skills
• Able to communicate and interact with all levels of staff
• Able to multitask effectively
