What the role is
What you will be working on
As an officer in the Social Analysis and Transfers team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product management of national social schemes, such as the GST Voucher scheme, the Assurance Package, and Pioneer and Merdeka Generation benefits. This includes:
• Conducting regular policy reviews for these schemes, through data analysis and public feedback/appeals to ensure these schemes continue to remain impactful to Singaporeans
• Working closely with our stakeholders and implementing partners to improve business processes, cost effectiveness and service journeys to ensure effective communication and successful implementation of these schemes.
You will work in a challenging, fast-paced environment, and can expect to be exposed to a diverse and highly challenging range of issues. There will be ample opportunities to work closely with inter-agency stakeholders and senior management.

• Experience in the Public Service and/or Economics will be an advantage
• Experience in quantitative analysis will be a strong advantage
