What you will be working on:
Key responsibilities include:
- Plan, design and develop training curriculum and programmes for learners that include staff of People’s Association, grassroots leaders, student leaders and relevant public agencies.
- Conduct training needs analysis and regular reviews of training programmes.
- Experiment with multiple training modalities and leverage tech-enabled and other innovative instructional methods to enhance learner engagement and increase effectiveness of learning interventions.
- Engage stakeholders and other partners in the course development and delivery process in support of training outreach initiatives.
- Facilitate training delivery to ensure positive learning experience for learners.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness of training courses and programmes.
- Plan and execute both synchronous and asynchronous training programmes of various modalities.
What we are looking for:
Requirements:
- Must be able to conduct training on weekends
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a training environment or equivalent
- Possess strong presentation, writing and communication skills
- Professional qualifications in Adult Learning, Training & Development or Social Sciences will be added advantage
- Demonstrate forward-looking and innovative mindset, as well as strong tech orientation to experiment with and facilitate learning of the future
- Possess applied knowledge and experience in facilitating adult training, courseware development and/or learning technology design and implementation, preferably in community and social development sectors
