As a Senior Executive/Manager/ Senior Manager, Innovation & Transformation in the HR Strategy and Leadership Division, you will assist in strengthening the innovation and organisation development capabilities of MOE officers, as well as drive MOE’s efforts in the Public Sector Transformation (PST) initiative. You will also provide guidance and support in change management efforts in strengthening an organisational culture of innovation and transformation.

• Oversee and administer innovation funding and awards within MOE to enable and support innovation efforts • Work with internal and external stakeholders on the management of innovation funds, selection and recognition of award winners • Develop and provide support for change management plans to facilitate organisational cultural change • Design, implement and evaluate organisation development interventions and at different levels of the system (e.g. individual, teams and organisation) in areas such as innovation, transformation and organsational culture, behaviours and values

• Good writing, communication and presentation skills • Good analytical, event management and facilitation skills • Ability to interact and build positive work relations with stakeholders at all levels, within and across organisations • Highly self-motivated, proactive and resourceful team player with the passion and commitment to drive innovation and organisation development work In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
