Produce video content for PMO social media and digital channels to engage the public, as well as to amplify and communicate government messages effectively.

• Brainstorm ideas and develop storyboards for video projects • Create engaging video clips that effectively communicate key government messages to our target audience using creative editing styles. • Use creative motion graphics to highlight key points and enhance the impact of government messaging. • Maintain a consistent quality and treatment for all videos produced by team. • Adapt / convert videos for use on various social media platforms (Video Codecs, Resolution Sizes) • Procurement and maintenance of editing software for the team. Proactively seek innovative tools to elevate the team’s skill sets and improve production quality.

• Background in video production or related fields. • Minimally 3 years’ experience in professional video editing; Strong video portfolio is a must. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects) and MS Office applications. • Optional skills: Mobile Video editing applications eg: CapCut, Canva, Vimeo etc. • Ability to create / adapt motion graphics to suit different video styles would be required. • Good communication and writing skills (fluency in a mother tongue would be an advantage). Knowledge of local and international news would be an added advantage. • Well-versed in social media platforms and online culture. • Experience in photography, graphic design, communications and website management systems would be an advantage. • Professional and positive attitude. • Able to work on shifts and irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays. • Able to travel for work. • Good character and personal integrity. • An independent and a team player – can function independently and collaborate well with different team members throughout the entire production process Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
