• Support PMO in leveraging social media and digital channels to engage the public, as well as to amplify and communicate messages effectively.
• Conceptualise and develop quality content for social media and online communication channels.
• Monitor and effectively manage the respective online channels.
• Support online coverage of events related to the respective online channels.
• Develop strategies to drive growth and engagement with followers
• Regular scanning of online space for trends and developments that will impact the respective online channels.
• Conduct data analysis to track performance of the respective online channels.

What we are looking for
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a communications or digital media-related role
• Background in a communications-related field
• Strong communication and writing skills (fluency in a second language would be an advantage)
• Well-versed in social media platforms and online culture
• Socio-political awareness/acumen and knowledge of current affairs
• Good research and analytical skills
• Photography and videography skills, or familiarity with website management would be an advantage
• Professional and positive attitude
• Able to do shift work (including night shifts, weekends and public holidays)
• Able to travel for work
• Personal integrity
