The Safer Cyberspace Division in CSA focuses on building national cyber resilience of organisations in Singapore. The Division develops and manages national cybersecurity technology initiatives under the SG Cyber Safe programme, in order to enable a safer cyberspace. Examples of programmes which the Division has rolled out include the CSA Cyber Essentials and Cyber Trust mark, which are published as national cybersecurity standards in Singapore. The target segment of the Division are Entities of Special Cybersecurity Interest (ESCI) regulated under the Cybersecurity Act and non-Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) organisations in Singapore, and these can range from large or significant organisations to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), which form 99% of Singapore’s economy.

What the role is
What you will be working on
We are looking for a candidate to drive cybersecurity adoption for the initiatives developed within the Division. The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:
• Drive adoption of cybersecurity by the key target segments supported by the Division (see above)
• Plan and implement outreach and engagement activities – both in-person events and online – to raise enterprise awareness of CSA’s safer cyberspace initiatives
• Project manage cybersecurity initiatives in the Division that support cybersecurity adoption of enterprises, e.g. CISO-as-a-Service
• Develop the narrative and communications of the Divisions’ initiatives for different engagement platforms, e.g. social media, speeches at industry events by senior Government officials or political office holders
• Plan and implement social media content to raise enterprise awareness of CSA’s safer cyberspace initiatives
• Source for and/or develop collaterals, e.g. infographics, cybersecurity toolkits, to support the cybersecurity initiatives developed by the Division, e.g. producing basic collaterals, and for more complex collaterals, oversee and project manage appointed creative agency
• Develop the relevant measures to track and measure the effectiveness of the partnerships and engagements, e.g. use Google analytics to track and monitor metrics, tracking enterprises reached at industry outreach events

• Good degree with at least 3-5 years experience in technology project management
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts into layman language
• Creative, with good eye for visuals to drive the development of collaterals that communicate cybersecurity concepts
• High self-driven, a team player and fast learner
