What you will be working on

1. The intern would be deeply involved in working with IED officers to coordinate with our key international partners on associated side events for IP Week. 2. The intern would also be involved in related tasks such as meetings, note-taking, administrative and liaison work. 3. The intern would also be assigned a research project to be complete at the end of their term.

What we are looking for

1. University undergraduate or graduate waiting for their job, 2. Able to complete the term of the internship, for at least a four-day work week, preferably for a full five-day work week. 3. Keen to learn about IPOS and its international relations work, 4. Experienced in organising and running events, 5. Self-starter, organised, and team-player, 6. Energetic personality and keen to liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as IPOS staff, international counterparts, and vendors to deliver successful events for our partners. 7. Ability to commit for 6 to 8 months.
