The successful candidate will be part of a team that is responsible for developing robust digital, social media and content strategy that supports the PUB brand’s strategic direction and can reach out to our audiences in the most impactful and effective manner. He/she will be responsible for end-to-end management of all our social media channels and campaigns. There will also be opportunities to work on digital transformation projects.

What you will be working on
The key areas of work are:
Digital and social media
• Create, maintain and update various content types (images, video and text) on our digital platforms through planned digital marketing campaigns and activities.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to communicate the work of PUB in an authentic way that will build meaningful connections with diverse group of online audience and build positive mindshare.
• Perform copywriting, proofreading and editing.
• Resolve customer issues and feedback through social media.
• Provide support to communicate key information during crisis comms scenarios.
• Increase audience engagement and conversion, to drive social follower growth
Multimedia
• Create/Design materials for print and social media platforms (e.g. Website contents, Facebook/Instagram postings, EDM campaign design, Youtube videos, Mobile App postings)
• Support inter and intra-department requests by generating clear ideas and concepts for photos/videos/animation and ensure consistency and relevance across multiple outreach platforms.
• Determine how best to represent a concept visually, produce illustrative material, script, shot list, storyboard and creative direction aligned to PUB’s brand value propositions and key message objectives.
• Take work from concept, preparation of brief to final execution and delivery within deadlines.
• Meet budget and procurement standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions.
• Improve quality results by conducting research, evaluating and re-designing processes, and implementing changes.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, best sharing practices, reading professional publications and growing personal networks.
What we are looking for
• Degree in Mass Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design or related field, with 2 to 3 years’ of relevant work experience.
• Good understanding of web-related technology, web operations, content management, business requirements and user experience
• Experience in digital content creation and copywriting
• Experience with print/video/animation production process and requirements including pre-production, shoot and post-production processes. Familiarity with ATL and BTL adaptation requirements will be an advantage
• Highly proficient with graphic design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, ADOBE Creative Suite and InDesign) and video editing software (e.g.Adobe Premier and Final Cut Pro.) Drawing or illustration expertise and videography skills will be an advantage
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
