What the role is
What you will be working on
Process TOL applications and manage licensees
Manage the assigned portfolio of tenancies/licences, for the optimal use of State land and properties
Maintain good relations with tenants/licensees, through proper follow up on customers’ requests, prompt response to enquiries, etc
What we are looking for
Relevant field in Real Estate or related studies
Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills
Able to work well both independently and in a team
Must be meticulous, analytical, motivated with a positive mind set
Has good level of initiative and resourcefulness
