What the role is
What you will be working on
On this, you enforce the doctrine approval process before doctrines can be deployed to support training. You also manage the DIS doctrine e-repository by organising, storing and updating the DIS doctrine community, of doctrine content. Your challenge lies in the need to understand the unique operational requirements of the various DIS commands, ensure that doctrine development is aligned across the Service and relevant to our partners. You also need to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and be able to keep pace with the rapid development in the DIS.
What we are looking for
You must have a tertiary qualification. Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills is essential. You should also possess curiosity and willingness to learn. Experience in doctrines, policies or plans writing will be an advantageous. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
