What the role is
What you will be working on
- Develop and implement scholarship selection processes
- Conduct pre-selection boards
- Collaborate with various stakeholders
- Plan and execute engagement activities for scholars
- Ensure equity for sponsored personnel
- Liaise with various agencies
- Monitor and manage scholarship budget
- Adapt programmes to changes in the educational landscape
- Work on scholarship-related policy matters
- Cultivate talents and support their professional development within MINDEF/SAF

What we are looking for
- At least 8-10 years of relevant Human Resources (HR) experience
- Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HR policies
- Skills in data analytics and process management
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong writing skills
- Interest in current affairs
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Maturity in handling challenges
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
