You play a pivotal role in overseeing the personnel management of Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) in the service.

On this, you manage all administration for personnel affairs as well as rewards and recognition. Your challenges lie in keeping abreast of Human Resource (HR) initiatives to stay relevant and ensure service delivery to stakeholders, routinely reviewing work processes to sync with prevailing policies, working closely with various entities on posting matters and interacting with all relevant stakeholders.

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resource. You should be able to think and work independently and meticulous to details for operational planning. You must also be able to prioritise, multi-task and explore implementation of new ways or processes to manage workload without compromising quality, efficiency and effectiveness. Possession of good interpersonal, writing and communication skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
