As an Estate Executive in the Rental Housing Department, you will be part of a dynamic team serving the residents to meet diverse housing needs and achieve national objectives.

1. Conduct on-site inspections at residential properties to verify compliance with rental housing schemes and HDB policies 2. Interact professionally and courteously with residents throughout and address any questions they may have on the schemes 3. Document the observations of each inspection, with clear and concise reports on the outcome and recommended actions. 4. Maintain accurate and organised records of the above, and work with relevant agencies on follow-ups where needed. 5. Assist in day-to-day rental housing operations and undertake additional tasks as and when assigned by the supervisor, including training sessions where needed.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong ability to work independently and in a team. 3. Ability to handle potentially confrontational situations with professionalism and tact. 4. Detail-oriented for both site work and paperwork. 5. Proficient in record-keeping and reporting, minimally using MS Excel and Word. 6. Previous experience in estate / facilities management, customer service or enforcement is a plus. 7. Must be willing to work outside office in various locations on a regular basis, including nights and weekends. Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
