You will work with the asset team to manage and oversee the accounting activities relating to the Government’s assets to achieve compliance with asset policies and accurate financial reporting. Your main roles and responsibilities would include but not limited to:

Asset management and accounting: • Work closely with departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of asset related tasks (e.g. asset capitalisation, transfer, asset verification exercise and write off). Financial Reporting: • Prepare reports to assist in decision making and operation monitoring. Audit Support and Compliance: • Provide documentations to assist with asset audits; and • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to asset function.

• Diploma in accounting or related field; • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAP); and • Experience in accounting related jobs will be an advantage.
