What the role is
As a member in the Recruitment and Operations team, you will be in a position of influence where you will have direct access to business units and feel the pulse of the organisation. You will engage with multiple stakeholders, facilitating talent discussions by providing HR perspectives and sound guidance on people challenges. You will also be involved in implementation of HR policies, initiatives & processes in areas such as talent attraction, employer branding and HR operations.
What you will be working on
• Partner the business on all their people-related needs across the full spectrum of HR, such as recruitment and conversion, secondment and re-employment, and ad-hoc manpower requests.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues throughout the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Gather ground sensing on people-related needs, and deliver appropriate HR solutions to the business and employees through partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the internal P&C functional teams to execute HR policies at the business units-level.
• Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and employment legislations.
• Implement relevant HR strategies to support and drive business needs and performance.
• Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.
