What the role is

To drive public sector transformation in HSA

What you will be working on

The candidate will drive HSA’s transformation work in the following areas:

1. Provide coordination support and advice for staff who are exploring transformation projects ideas. This includes working with the HSA Professional Groups and Departments to identify suitable transformation use cases, checking out potential vendors, organizing demo sessions, linking with relevant corporate departments for further technical advice.

2. Fund management and project coordination for transformation projects to be funded under the MOH Public Sector Transformation budget (Tranche 2). This includes advising HSA users on the application process, tracking project status, fund utilisation, KPI attainment, and reporting to management and MOH as required.

3. Drive upskilling in HSA by organizing training, workshops, competitions.

4. Plan and lead staff engagement and communication initiatives to strengthen the transformation culture and mindset in HSA.

5. Support the HSA Regulatory Transformation Review and Joint Resourcing Review for Corporate Services Group departments as needed.

What we are looking for

• Keen interest in digital solutions and new technologies.
• Good communication (oral and written) skills.
• Preferably with 3-5 years of working experience in strategy, transformation, digitalisation or related fields.
