MND’s Leadership Planning team in MND Human Resource Section manages the pipeline of talents in MND and our Statutory Boards.

You will plan for and develop these talents to take up key leadership positions. In doing so, you will be handling the following: a) Review nominations for leadership or milestone programmes, aimed to develop MND’s talent pipelines. b) Partner with various stakeholders to implement talent development initiatives such as Talent Competency and Posting Frameworks c) Plan and organise events at the MND Family level d) Work with counterparts in our Statutory Boards for their Board renewals in a timely manner

Job requirements: 1. Relevant experience would be advantageous 2. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills 3. Excellent writing skills 4. Ability to manage time well and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
