What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be part of the Transformation Team within MND’s Corporate Development Division and report to the Deputy Director (Transformation).
You will:
- Develop, review and implement Learning & Development policies and frameworks to guide officers in their professional growth within MND and support their learning needs, including training roadmaps, competency and sponsorship frameworks.
- Partner business units and work with training partners on the curation and design of training curriculum, to support organisational and capability building priorities across MND and its Statutory Boards.
- Review and implement effective systems which leverage technology and digital tools to manage training nominations, registration, tracking and budget.
What we are looking for
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about people development and building a strong culture of learning within organisations.
You should preferably possess:
- At least 2 to 4 years of work experience in HR or manpower development. Those with prior experience in Learning & Development would have an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders across various levels.
- Excellent writing, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and in teams.
Competencies Required
- Ability to identify learning needs, create/curate meaningful interventions and strategies, and evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Ability to develop and implement learning and development strategies to build workforce capabilities to achieve current and long-term organisational goals.
- Ability to develop and refresh competency frameworks in accordance with business needs.
