What the role is

Under the internship programme, you will be attached to the Corporate Planning Section, under the Strategy & Planning Department of the Strategic Planning and Research Group.

What you will be working on

During your internship, you will be involved in the conceptualisation, preparations and execution of corporate planning activities that facilitate the forward planning of the organisation’s strategic directions. You will be expected to: • Support research of issues affecting public housing in Singapore (through e.g. desktop research, interviews); • Prepare materials to communicate the outcomes of these issues research to key stakeholders; • Propose system(s)/process(es) to document these outcomes and materials; and • Support the planning and execution of key corporate planning events. Through the internship, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in conducting, communicating and documenting research on key strategic issues, and be exposed to a broader perspective on the strategic plans that HDB is formulating and undertaking.

What we are looking for

Internship Period: 5 May 2025 - 8 Aug 2025 We are open to candidates of all disciplines. Degrees relevant to the policy and physical planning of public housing (e.g. Economics, Geography, Sociology) would be preferred.
