What the role is
What you will be working on
• Be responsible for full spectrum of course administration and logistic duties (incl. booking of training rooms, preparing training materials, managing suppliers and vendors, registration, setting up of classes, and ensuring timely payments)
• Manage contracts and projects (includes budget, procurement, timelines) to ensure training operations are carried out for optimal programme experience
• Manage and generate reports and documentations for communication and accountability to stakeholders and Management
• Work closely with stakeholders to provide timely course updates and raise any potential service lapses to Management
• Comply with college service standards and operations guidelines
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Organized and meticulous.
- Team player, and able to work under pressure and short deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude with integrity and drive for excellence in work.
This role will be on a 2-year contract.
