You will be working on the Standardisation of Specifications for Library Development Projects as an Intern under the Properties & Facilities Management division.

What you will be working on

Conduct research, organise meeting/ workshops with stakeholders to gather project requirements.
Minutes taking, documentation of findings and requirements from stakeholders, update and share findings with Project Manager.
Support PM in preparation of presentation to management, preparation of budgetary estimate, etc.

What we are looking for

Students from Infrastructure/Building Project Management, Architecture related courses preferred.
Good communication and writing skills, a keen sense of resourcefulness.
Have basic knowledge on infrastructure design, construction or interior design.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
Ability to use design software such as photoshop to translate lengthy design requirements/specifications into short and concise infographics would be advantageous.
