What You Can Expect
Your role will focus on strengthening HPB's organisational culture and capacity for continuous transformation anchored on core values. You will work with senior leaders and teams on strategies that enable our officers to perform their best. This includes (but not limited to):
- Designing structures, systems and processes to support strategy implementation
- Embedding desired culture and practices in work systems
- Enhancing team effectiveness and cross-matrix collaboration
- Building capacity for enduring change
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct organisational health diagnostics to identify systemic issues.
- Drive the design and implementation of employee engagement platforms
- Design change strategies, develop narratives, lead and implement initiatives at board and team levels.
- Facilitate high-impact team interventions, addressing both visible and underlying group dynamics.
- Review effectiveness of interventions with recommendations for sustainable changes.

Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with more than 5-8 years of relevant experience in Organisational Development practice and enjoys working in a fluid and fast-paced environment.

- Energised personality. Excellent facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, strong drive for excellence and desire to make a difference.
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:
- Relevant qualifications in Organisation Development, Organisational Psychology or Human Resources
- Prior experience in Change Management.
- Familiarity with Performance or Organisational Excellence.
