Job Description The job holder will support the operations of the Research & Analysis Division in administrating the paperwork involved in critical operations as well as review operational reports to extract and compile data for inputting into an IT system.

Roles & Responsibilities Processing and extracting data from standard digital reports in a timely manner to prepare templates for operations Review reports for deficiencies and discrepancies in information and following up with report owners to obtain further information for incomplete documents Correct any incompatibilities in multiple Excel databases (e.g. different date formats) for compilation into a single source data for input into an IT system Entering data into an IT system and performing checks to ensure accuracy of inputted data Any other administrative duties assigned from time to time

Proficient in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, formulas) Meticulous and attentive Team player; able to work independently with minimum supervision Prior experience working in an operational environment for the regulatory or enforcement industry is preferred
