a. Lead and oversee the management of our medical service providers, our medical services and ambulance services providers, and our medical centre staff and operations of the Home Team Medical Centres, across MHA. b. Ensure that our staff and medical centres provide a high standard of patient care, are compliant with clinical workflows and prevailing regulations and directives, and foster an environment of continuous improvement. c. Provide strategic planning to enhance service delivery, patient outcomes and satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency. Work closely with the team and providers at the operational level to ensure that quality and effectiveness of clinical services, adherence to clinical protocols, and optimise clinical workflows and resource allocation to enhance productivity and patient outcomes and satisfaction. d. To prevent, manage and investigate any clinical or operational incidents pertaining to our medical centres and ambulance services, ensuring that a timely root cause analysis is conducted, clear communications with stakeholders, and appropriate implementation of corrective and preventive measures. e. To oversee the medical data, data security and data access policies in relation to all health records including those within electronic health records system and relating to the integration with MOH’s National Electronic Health Records system and any other IT system as required to fulfil organisational needs. f. To oversee the operational costs and project for the operating and future funding needs of the medical centre staff, service providers and ambulance service providers. g. To serve as a liaison between the Home Team Medical Services and the stakeholders from the various Home Team Departments in matters pertaining to the provision of healthcare services and ambulance services to our Home Team personnel.

• Strong supervisory experience and managerial experience with guiding and overseeing decentralised service operations. • Have a services operations background with at least 5 years’ experience in healthcare services programmes and/or operations planning roles. • Experience with the healthcare and medical sector will be an advantage. • Additional post-graduate qualifications in healthcare or medical domains will be an advantage.
