What the role is
What you will be working on
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leadership and Talent Development
Identify, nurture and retain high-potential officers for leadership roles.
Facilitate succession planning sessions.
Design and implement talent and leadership development initiatives.
Manage Leadership and Executive Milestones Programmes.
Coordinate 360-degree feedback exercises for middle and senior management.
Review and implement Staff Training Awards Framework.
Career Development
Develop a comprehensive career development framework.
Oversee initiatives such as structured job rotations and external attachments.
Create resources to support competency-based career development conversations.
Business Partnering
Analyse divisional talent needs and create tailored development programmes.
Provide advisory services to support talent objectives.
Address stakeholder feedback to ensure high satisfaction with talent programmes.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Establish and monitor KPIs for leadership and talent development programmes.
Analyse talent data and trends for management reporting and decision-making.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current with talent management best practices and industry trends.
Drive innovation in processes and leverage technology to enhance productivity.
What we are looking for
Tertiary qualification with at least 4 years of relevant experience
Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills
Proven project management and facilitation abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Self-driven, independent and able to multi-task effectively
