What the role is

Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will lead VITAL’s organisational development initiatives. In this role, you will enhance employee engagement, drive change management, and foster a culture of care, well-being and inclusivity.

What you will be working on

Your key responsibilities will include: Organisational Diagnosis  Partner with key stakeholders to assess organisational health and engagement  Develop and implement strategies to boost morale, retention and productivity  Manage the Employee Engagement Survey process, including analysis, focus groups and action planning Internal Communication and Engagement  Create and execute VITAL’s internal communication strategy  Develop content for various internal platforms  Coordinate townhalls and senior management dialogue sessions  Design and implement targeted communication and engagement initiatives Change Management  Support divisions and project teams in managing organisational change  Facilitate cross-level stakeholder engagement and conversations  Apply OD frameworks to drive effective change  Develop a robust communication framework for change management Well-being and Inclusivity  Cultivate VITAL’s organisational values and Employee Value Proposition  Foster a culture of care, support and inclusivity  Monitor staff well-being and address concerns  Collaborate on staff welfare, diversity and inclusivity initiatives with inter-divisional committees Data Analysis & Reporting • Establish and monitor KPIs for OD programmes • Analyse relevant data to provide insights for management reporting Continuous Improvement • Stay current with organisational development best practices • Drive innovation in processes and leverage technology to enhance productivity

What we are looking for

 Tertiary qualification with at least 4 years of relevant experience  Strong understanding of OD principles, change management and employee engagement  Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills  Experience in data analysis and able to speak and write effectively  Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills  Self-driven, independent and able to multi-task effectively  Proficiency in various media software We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
