What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be part of the team of officers in CPIB’s People Management & Development (PMD) Division that oversees the full spectrum of human capital strategies and initiatives such as workforce planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, staff well-being and personnel administration etc.
As an Assistant Executive / Senior Assistant Executive (Employee Experience), you will handle a spectrum of HR activities and processes which include (but not limited to):
• [Industrial & Employee Relations] Implement initiatives and policies that promote industrial relations (e.g., engagement activities, communication sessions), and support the investigation of industrial relations cases (e.g., assist in grievance, dispute and negotiation processes).
• [Employee Engagement & Well-being] To develop, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives that drive employee engagement & well-being, so that employees can be engaged, enthused and productive in their work environment.
You will also be required to provide guidance to supervisors and staff on HR guidelines, initiatives and procedures; and perform any other duties or projects as assigned by management.

• Strong credentials with relevant experience in HR, preferably in the Public Sector.

• Is a Singaporean Citizen.
