Your role includes the following areas:
Assist in research projects on arts infrastructure, including data collection and reviews:
Analyse complex datasets using statistical methods and data visualisation tools
Present findings and recommendations to guide policy formulation and decision-making
Develop and maintain a comprehensive online directory of arts spaces and resources
Project Management and Support:
Assist in infrastructure planning projects, focusing on tender processing and procurement
Implement and oversee e-filing systems for efficient documentation management
Create automated processes to streamline workflows and increase productivity
Design data visualisations and dashboards to communicate key insights effectively
Administrative and Financial Duties:
Manage tenant relationships, including invoice requests and regular communication
Maintain and update tenancy master list with accurate and current information
Conduct daily audits of operational processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
Administer paperwork for tenancies and leases, ensuring all legal requirements are met
Data Management and Governance:
Perform data cleaning and quality assurance checks on various datasets
Requirements:
Good University Degree in any field
At least 2 years of experience in leasing / tenancy
Relevant experience in process automation or business research would be advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft suite of offerings
Familiarity with CRM tools will be advantageous
Meticulous and detail oriented
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and able to work independently
