You manage the planning, financial control and management of the fund in the Command.

On this, you are responsible for the forecast and tracking of expenditure and budget utilisation based on the inputs from various stakeholders. You also ensure that the Multi-year Budget planning, Annual Budget planning and Quarterly Budget Reviews are submitted timely. You manage and oversee the daily operations and purchasing requirements which includes the approval of requirement, procurements, and other payment transactions, while advocating good finance practices. You need to coordinate with stakeholders and monitor payment for contractors. Your challenge lies in being familiar with industry best practices for finance and procurement processes and ensuring governance and compliance to procurement process and procedures. You need to maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity in a unique work environment.

You must have a tertiary qualification in Business Administration or an Accountancy-related field with at least 5 years' working experience. Possession of strong communication, social, and interpersonal skills is essential. You must also demonstrate patience, tact, and quality customer service, along with meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
