What the role is

You manage Career Management (CM) and Performance Management (PM) related matters in the Command.

What you will be working on

On this, you plan, shortlist and schedule personnel for various courses essential for their career advancement and professional development. You also ensure optimal manpower staffing and resource planning, and facilitate the annual performance ranking boards. Your challenges lie in being able to interact and communicate effectively at all levels, possessing good interpersonal skills, and being familiar with the policies and guidelines in performance and career management.

What we are looking for

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 2 years' working experience in Human Resources/Human Capital Management-related field. You must also be a team player, able to work independently and meticulously, and adaptable to changes. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
