What the role is

You manage Career Management (CM) and Performance Management (PM) related matters in the Command.

What you will be working on

- Plan, shortlist and schedule personnel for various courses essential for career advancement and professional development - Ensure optimal manpower staffing and resource planning - Facilitate annual performance ranking boards - Implement and oversee career and performance management policies Challenge(s) - Interacting and communicating effectively at all levels of the organisation - Maintaining and applying knowledge of policies and guidelines in performance and career management

What we are looking for

- At least 2 years of work experience in Human Resources/Human Capital Management-related field is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels - Team player mentality - Capability to work independently and meticulously - Adaptability to changes in the HR landscape Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
