What you will be working on

As a member of the Data Exploitation & Process Engineering section, you will drive process re-engineering to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability. Your role includes deploying data analytics for insights, supporting data management through governance and process coordination, and developing the Healthcare Datamart. You will also integrate it with the Unified Data Platform (UDP) and create healthcare dashboards for data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will: • Work with stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive data management framework, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent data quality and adherence to best practices across the organization. • Partner with both internal and external stakeholders on data analytics projects to uncover insights that drive policy reviews and support the formulation of operational strategies aimed at achieving business goals and improving performance. • Work closely with the IT support team to develop, manage, and maintain the healthcare data mart and associated IT systems, ensuring the timely availability, accuracy, and integrity of healthcare data for advanced analytics and decision-making. • Manage day-to-day operations, including the preparation, analysis, and collation of reports and statistical submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data to stakeholders. • Drive ongoing improvements in data management processes, leveraging feedback and insights to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure data-driven decision-making at all levels. • Collaborate across departments, aligning data initiatives with broader organizational objectives and supporting a culture of data-driven decision-making.

What we are looking for

While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. • Proven experience in data analytics, with a prior experience in analysing and interpreting complex datasets to drive actionable insights. • Good analytical and numeracy skills, with familiarity in statistical and visualisation tools such as Python, PowerBI, SAS, and Tableau. • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and challenges. • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering productive relationships to achieve desired outcomes. • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts. • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data while managing and analysing large datasets. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences. Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
