As Manager/ Senior Manager, School Campus in the Infrastructure and Facility Services Division, you will be part of a dynamic team that manages the development and facilities management (FM) of school campuses.

• Manage infrastructure programmes and projects to enhance school campuses such as upgrading, improving barrier-free accessibility and implementation of energy efficient strategies • Provide FM services to schools including overseeing the implementation of preventive maintenance and improvement programmes, and managing the performance of managing agents and FM contractors • Review consultants’ design proposals to ensure adherence to MOE’s requirements • Manage the procurement of consultancy, construction and FM services as well as the administration of contracts • Promote partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of infrastructure enhancement, building projects and services

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in architecture, engineering, building management or other related fields • Good knowledge and understanding of the building industry and regulations • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Proactiveness and ability to work well independently and in a team In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
