The Manager, Healthcare Surveillance will assist in the development and implementation of plans to control the spread of communicable diseases and assess the effectiveness of disease control and preparedness strategies to protect the health of migrant workers residing within the dormitories. This role contributes to ACE's overall readiness to respond to pandemics by mitigating public health risks in dormitories. The role will require working closely with external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health (MOH), National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID), National Environment Agency (NEA), and other sectorial leads when required. This collaboration ensures a coordinated approach to public health surveillance and intervention strategies.

What you will be working on
• Formulate and implement evidence-based policies to control communicable diseases
• Analyse surveillance data and conduct risk analysis for public health interventions
• Collaborate with agencies for deployment of surveillance modes in dormitories
• Plan and implement public health interventions, including large-scale operations
• Lead improvement projects for surveillance and interventions
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational objectives
• Manage the branch's budget and finances
