What the role is

The Healthcare Services branch drives the development and operational initiatives and requirements to provide primary healthcare to migrant workers by working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of care. The incumbent is responsible to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services from MOM’s appointed anchor operators to the migrant workers including communication of policies and alignment of ACE’s operational strategies, while providing active support to the anchor operators. As an officer in Healthcare Services branch, your key role will be an account manager to MOM’s appointed healthcare anchor operators – including but not limited to financial, customer relations and operational issues.

What you will be working on

• Ensure operational efficiency across care elements (e.g. Management of Anchor Operators) within the zone • Establish robust coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders to meet ACE Management’s objectives • Provide operations, and administrative and financial support to the department in strategic goals in providing medical support for migrant workers • Provide policy guidance to operations teams and support policy development • Supports the department in the development of strategic workplans, policies, communications and implementing resource planning and management • Contract management which includes project management, budgets and audits • Plans and implements large scale public health interventions (e.g. influenza, COVID-19 vaccinations), where required. • Plans and supports contingency requirements for medical support for migrant workers • Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational objectives.

• Tertiary qualifications in any field • Strong ethics and positive learning attitude • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills • Keen interest for making a difference through operations excellence • Ability to operate in a complex environment and adaptive to changing roles and priorities • Strong instinct for anticipation of issues and keen eye for problem-solving
