What the role is

Senior Manager (Digital Transformation):
• Coordinates the implementation of digital projects that support Community 2030 implementation workstreams, managing project lifecycles, and aligning digital efforts with PA’s business goals.
• Acts as a key liaison to ensure effective digital adoption across PA divisions, enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Facilitate project governance and ensure effective communication across project teams and PA units.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with key stakeholders across the PA divisions to understand business challenges and requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between the Digital Transformation Office and other PA units to drive change and adoption.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project progress and outcomes.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Execute change management plans to support the implementation of digital initiatives.
  • Contribute to and support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.

Technology Assessment & Implementation

  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies that could benefit PA.
  • Collaborate with ICT, external vendors and other PA divisions to implement digital solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of new technologies into existing systems and processes across the organisation.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Analyse data and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimise future projects.
  • Regularly report to Assistant Director and senior management on the status of the projects, highlighting any potential challenges or successes.

Experience     

Minimum -         At least 3 years of experience in digital transformation, or a related role.  Have good networks with public, private and people sectors.

Desired -           With experience in grassroots and community work. Experience in stakeholder management.

Experience or professional certification in Project Management or Change Management.

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
Successful candidates will be given a 3-year contract position in PA on a perm estab.
