• Process Development: Develop and optimize fabrication processes for semiconductor devices.
• Characterization and Testing: Characterize the electrical, optical, and mechanical properties of semiconductor devices.
• Failure Analysis: Investigate and analyze device failures to identify root causes and improve reliability.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and inform research directions.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and technicians.
• Intellectual Property: Contribute to the development and protection of intellectual property.

• Suitable credentials in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor physics, device physics, and materials science.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication processes, including lithography, etching, and deposition.
• Proficiency in semiconductor device simulation tools (e.g., TCAD).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Experience with emerging semiconductor technologies, such as III-V semiconductors, silicon photonics, or quantum computing.
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with industry standards and specifications.
