What the role is
What you will be working on
• Manage activities relating to the planning, administration and processes related to admissions exercises and student enrolment for full-time courses
• Co-ordinate with external parties with matters relating to admissions exercises and enrolment
• Plan, manage and implement activities on data compilation and analysis
• Perform data extraction, data cleaning and pre-processing to facilitate meaningful analysis
and statistics
• Provide support and assistance for data requests and enquiries from stakeholders
• Manage admission related systems and carry out enhancements of processes
• Support admissions-related projects and initiatives for full-time courses
• To develop and review work processes, guidelines and procedures
• Provide general administrative support for the division and maintain proper documentation
• Co-ordinate with external parties with matters relating to admissions exercises and enrolment

What we are looking for
• Candidates with at least 3 years of administrative or relevant work experience preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to learn and apply new statistical/analytical techniques quickly
• Experience in data processing and analysis is preferred
• Meticulous, motivated and a good team player
• Good communication (written and spoken), coordination and administrative skills
• Able to prioritise and multi-task effectively within tight deadlines
• IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
