What the role is

As an Assistant Service Quality Officer, you play a critical role to drive the delivery of high-quality service standards and develop a culture of service excellence within the Police Land Division. This position requires good communication and engagement skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to improving service excellence. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team, to shape the service standards of the Singapore Police Force (SPF), craft effective service responses to public feedback, and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to strengthen public trust in the SPF. What you will be working on

The jobholder shall assist the Head of Service Quality Branch in the following: a) Manage service quality matters to achieve high standards of service quality b) Ensure that service requests are attended in a prompt manner, and satisfactorily resolved, c) Liaise with related units/departments to obtain information on a timely basis, d) Monitor, analyse, and evaluate service quality level such as complaints, feedbacks, and compliments on a periodic basis, e) Identify and implement service improvements, f) Nominate and recognise deserving officers for service awards at the Division, SPF, MHA, and National level, g) Plan and manage audit matters in accordance with standards and requirements, h) Ensure that risk incidents and events are dealt with promptly and effectively, and i) Provide administrative support (e.g., budget) for service-related initiatives and activities.

• Resourceful, meticulous, and able to multi-task • Effective team player with good interpersonal, communication, and written skills • Customer centric with proactive, positive, and ‘can-do’ attitude • Prior experience in managing customer relationship management is advantageous • Able to accomplish work deliverables with minimal supervision
